Who stands behind the product
StairMatch is a coordination and referral service and does not make the stair nose. Any warranty on it comes from the manufacturer that made it, under the terms in its quote, unless StairMatch states otherwise in writing. StairMatch does not add a separate warranty.
What to send
Send the manufacturer your order details, a description of the concern, and clear photos of the full piece and affected area. Keep the product and packaging until the concern has been reviewed.
What the review covers
The manufacturer will compare the concern with the specifications and terms confirmed for your order. Installation conditions, site preparation, cutting, adhesive selection, normal wear, and damage after delivery may require separate evaluation.
If you cannot reach the manufacturer
Contact StairMatch. We will help work out next steps with the manufacturer, but warranty and workmanship decisions are the manufacturer's, under its own terms.
