Content on this website is general product and project information. A submitted form is a request for review or quotation, not an accepted order or guarantee of availability.
Who fulfils your request
StairMatch builds many matched stair parts itself. When a project needs something StairMatch does not make in-house, and you have agreed to it on the request form, StairMatch passes the project to a qualified manufacturer who specializes in that type of flooring. That manufacturer contacts you directly, and any quote and order with it are under its own terms. StairMatch is not a party to an order you place with a manufacturer.
Color and product verification
Screen images cannot guarantee an exact match. Flooring appearance varies with lighting, screen settings, production runs, and age. Physical sample verification may be required before fabrication.
Quotes and orders
Pricing, specifications, production timing, shipping, and payment terms are confirmed separately before an order is accepted, by StairMatch or by the manufacturer handling your project. Custom work may be subject to additional approval requirements.
Manufacturer references
Brand names remain the property of their respective owners. StairMatch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by referenced flooring manufacturers.
Policies
Orders placed with StairMatch are also subject to our shipping, returns, and warranty policies. Orders placed with a manufacturer follow that manufacturer's policies.
