Does StairMatch ship to all 50 states?
StairMatch takes requests from every US state, including Alaska and Hawaii, and ships the stair nosing it builds nationwide. If your floor needs something we don't make in-house, we pass your project to one of our qualified manufacturers who specializes in that type of flooring; they contact you directly and confirm shipping to your address in their quote.
How are stair noses packaged for shipping?
Stair nosing pieces are packaged in long protective tubes or wrapped in foam padding and placed in reinforced cardboard boxes designed for pieces up to 94 inches long. Each order is inspected before packaging.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Available tracking information is sent when the shipment is released to the carrier selected for the order.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Keep the product and packaging and contact order@stairmatch.com promptly with order details and clear photos. StairMatch will review the available resolution. If one of our qualified manufacturers handled your order, contact that manufacturer, since they handle shipping for it.
