How Nationwide Shipping Works
Long-piece packaging
Stair nosing ships in purpose-built protective packaging designed for long vinyl trim pieces. Each order is padded and secured to prevent damage in transit.
Processing: 5-10 business days
Catalog colors are ready to ship in 5-10 business days after order placement. Custom color-match orders take 7-14 business days from order confirmation.
Transit: varies by destination
After shipment, UPS and FedEx Ground transit times range from 2-3 business days for nearby states to 4-6 business days for more distant locations (e.g., Hawaii, Alaska).
Tracking provided
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Track your package directly with UPS or FedEx.

Does StairMatch ship to all 50 states?
Yes — StairMatch ships custom LVP stair nosing to every US state, including Alaska and Hawaii. There are no geographic restrictions on orders.
How are stair noses packaged for shipping?
Stair nosing pieces are packaged in long protective tubes or wrapped in foam padding and placed in reinforced cardboard boxes designed for pieces up to 94 inches long. Each order is inspected before packaging.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. You will receive an email with your UPS or FedEx tracking number once your order ships. You can track the package directly on the carrier website.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us at order@stairmatch.com within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no charge.
